Annual State BeachWeekend
Aug 10th-11th
Join us for our annual meetup at the IL Beach State Park!
​
O-FISH-al Meet up times:
Saturday the 10th, 1pm-8:30pm
Swim with your podmates or lounge by the beach from noon-3.30pm! Take a break and have snacks/dinner at the hotel resort 4-5.30pm, then head down to the beach for a golden hour/sunset group photo at 7.00pm.
Sunday the 11th, 1pm - 3pm
Chill and vibe at the beach! Swim, join a music jam session, or just lay in the sun with the best poddies around.

Location details:
The beach has recently been renovated! There are break walls in the water to cut the waves for easier swimming, and there is a much larger sandy beach area. Beach tents or umbrellas are recommended for shade.
People are welcome to join in for any or all of the meet up times.

There are NO lifeguards on site. By attending this event you agree to hold the IL Merpod harmless for any injury, damage, or loss.
Storytime & Photos with a Mermaid!
August 17th
3 Oaks Recreation Park
Bring the kids to 3 Oaks and meet a mermaid on an island! Kids (and adults!) will be able to spend time with our professional performers, get photos, and enjoy a magical day together!

$20 Tickets are for one adult and one child. ​
'Spooky Syren' Photoshoots
August 31st
Professional mini photoshoots with Whimzsea Studios and team.
Several mystical sets will be available in a private backyard. Each shoot includes 3 professionally retouched and enhanced digital files. More can be purchased for $25 ea or in bundles of 5 for $100.
